Climb aboard a handcrafted oak sleigh and nestle under an antique lap robe for this truly unique Breckenridge Dinner Sleigh Ride on the Frisco Peninsula. The evening begins at the Frisco Nordic Center, where handsome mule teams are waiting to greet you before guiding the way to a secluded dinner camp.
From the Nordic Center, you’ll depart on a 20-minute sleigh ride beneath starlit skies and the snow-capped peaks of the White River National Forest. Listen to the chiming of the mules’ bells as the sleigh travels down secluded, picturesque trails to a warm and cozy camp tucked into the forest near the shores of Lake Dillon.
Camp life includes a hearty meal and spectacular live cowboy music. Warm up with hearty southwestern soup, a variety of handcrafted artisan rolls, and prime cuts of sirloin and chicken breast marinated and grilled to perfection. Beer, wine, Irish creme and schnapps are available for purchase at the dinner camp. For desert, enjoy hot caramel apple pie before re-boarding for the sleigh ride back to the Nordic Center.
This Breckenridge Dinner Sleigh Ride is offered nightly at 5:15 pm and 7:45 pm. Transportation is available from Breckenridge for an additional $7 per person.
